MEET OUR OWNER & CHEF
Our owner Anju Poon grew up in the mountainous city of Pokara, Nepal. She has previously run traditional Nepali Restaurant in Poon Hill (one of the most famous view point of Annanapurna Mountain Range in Nepal). Anju brings over 8 years of professional restaurant experience with her to Himalaya Tandoori. She is always one step forward on welcoming and satisfying guests.
Our Main chef Mr. Keshar Bahadur Thapa has gained over 28 years of experience by working in high class Restaurants such as Moti Mahal Delux Kitchen (India), Mugal Mahal Kitchan (Kuwait) Taj Mugal Mahal kitchen (Lebanon), La Porte des indes (Brussels). This experience has allowed him to obtain and refine his ability to conjure up innovative Nepalese and Indian dishes that are simply delectable.
